Long time, no see! We've got a flurry of news to share here! While we are mostly active on our Twitter accounts, with how things have been going lately, if we don't post within 30 days of the previous post, our account could get shut down. We will try to make an effort to post major updates on our website as well to avoid potential loss of major news. First up, we have a new item in store: an acrylic standee featuring the entire JAE VOCAL PROJECT cast, made in celebration of our group's 5th Anniversary! It stands at around 2.5 inches and the width is around 6 inches. Each of the characters use their default outfits. This standee was designed by Mian; be sure to follow her for more amazing art! Unlike the other pieces of merchandise, this standee will only be available for a limited time and will not be restocked. The pre-order will run until July 1, 2023 at 12 AM USA Eastern Time. But as a special offer, here's what you'll get when you order a standee:
Next is in regards to the MMD models for Xiao Meihua, Ser0, Canary, and Xiao Shancha. We were aware that the download links for them were long broken. After speaking with Orahi, we were given permission to upload the models through our dropbox. That said, the links to the models have been updated on those characters' pages. Please be aware of any changes to his Terms of Use and to follow them accordingly! You also may have noticed that we've shared two new demos for Ser0 featuring her update known as "Ser02"! Ser02 will feature some new individual voicebanks, so we hope you look forward to those! Check out these two demos by Purpled! The first is a cover of "Chimera" by ATOLS, with the UST by half a head. The second is a cover of "Ponzi" by Kyoe. This uses Ser02's Appends "AWARE" and "PASSIVE". Hope you're looking forward to what we have in store for Ser0! Closing this out, May 15 is kEna's birthday! This year marks 3 years since he released on UTAU! We've commissioned Reishichi for his official illustration. Here he is among nature, looking as handsome as ever in this peaceful location! We hope that you enjoy everything we had to show lately! Things have been slowing down for a while now, but rest assured, we are still working on new stuff! Be sure to follow our Twitter to keep track of mini updates like anniversary artwork and songs!
Thank you for all your support! Until next time!

Long time, no see! It's been a long while since we posted any new voicebank updates, with the last one uploaded in May last year! While we haven't been able to post any new demos or voicebanks in that time, we have decided and started to actively upload official promotional art for each of the characters' anniversaries. You can find these on our official Twitter account, Migi's Tumblr, Migi's bilibili, and Migi's Weibo, as well as on UTAU and/or DeepVocal Wiki depending on the design that was used. Be sure to subscribe and follow so you don't miss out and we can celebrate together! Today is Xiao Shancha's 4th anniversary and we prepared a demo song for her CVVCV Japanese UTAU voicebank. We previously revealed the DeepVocal version, which was developed by Ryan-kun. The UTAU version was not developed by him. It was developed by someone who wishes to remain anonymous. For her first CVVCV Japanese UTAU demo, it's a cover of "Hikari" ("Light"), also known as "Simple & Clean", which is the theme song sung by Utada Hikaru of the 2002 game, Kingdom Hearts, developed by Square in collaboration with The Walt Disney Company. Delphic was in charge of tuning while the mixing was done by Marukun. The stunning illustration was by KuroHaine and the video was produced by ame。. Truly stunning work! As always, the demo is available on YouTube, SoundCloud, and bilibili. It might be a while before we are able to release Xiao Shancha CVVCV Japanese fully as the team has now been busier than ever, especially with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. We are working hard whenever we are able to, so we truly appreciate all the support we receive these past six, nearing seven, years!
Enjoy the song! Until next time, whenever that may be! It's been a while since our last update! We've been busy with some new songs as of late and we're finally able to show another. But before that, we'd like to address that May 15, 2022 was kEna's second anniversary! This year, we've commissioned Ami-Magane for an amazing illustration for him! Hope you like it as much as we do! As for the new song, it's a demo for Xiao Shancha's CVVCV Japanese DeepVocal: "Renraku Madaa?" by Live-P. The cover is by yakou using sango312's UST, with mixing done by Marukun. The illustration was by ElliCoffee and the video editing was by Fruit Tea. The cover is also available on our SoundCloud account and on Migi's bilibili account. We are expecting to have two or three UTAU demos for this version of Shancha. Until then, we hope that you enjoy her so far!
Thank you for reading and for your support! After a long time, we're finally able to show a demo of Xiao Shancha CVVCV Japanese DeepVocal! We are hoping to release 2 DeepVocal demos and 2 or 3 UTAU demos in total, but that depends on the results. Actually, this demo was supposed to release on Shancha's anniversary, but the song took a long time to produce. Instead, we commissioned Reishichi for an anniversary illustration instead, which also features her male derivative, Xiao Naidong! Back to the subject of the song, it's a cover of "Kumo ni Nattara", which was originally written by 40mP. The cover was handled by Migi and the mixing was done by Juoruky. The visuals were borrowed from the original version. The cover is also available on Migi's SoundCloud and bilibili accounts. The voicebanks are expected to release some time in 2022 or 2023, ideally the former. The UTAU version will use a brand new design while the DeepVocal version will remain the same.
We hope that you are looking forward to Shancha's new Japanese voicebanks! Happy 2022 everyone! It's been a little while since our last post and this is our first one of the year! This year, Ser0 already turned 5 on January 1, which gives us such a nostalgic feeling! However, we didn't have anything prepared for her this year. Instead, we began to change the profile picture of our Twitter account to represent each vocal in their own anniversary month (Canary will be February and Shancha will shift to March since they shared the same month), that way, they'll still have a little something even if no new songs or releases were uploaded. Speaking of Canary and Shancha, this month, their keychains (along with Xiao Naidong) are at a discounted price on our official Ko-Fi shop, so be sure to check it out if you were interested in adding them to your collection! Now for the main point of this post, we released a new cover song for Canary's anniversary, "Dancer in the Dark", which was originally written by fatmanP. The cover was done by Juoruky, the illustration was by Jelly, and the video editing was by neirina. Planning was done by Mina Moonrise and Migi. The cover is also available on our SoundCloud account and Migi's bilibili account. What's more, we are releasing a new CVVC Japanese voicebank for him known as "Voltage". This is a 4-pitch voicebank along with an optional falsetto pitch that was voiced by Mina Moonrise and oto'd by Juoruky, with sample cleaning by NEUTROGIC. This voicebank uses Kimchi-tan's reclist and Canary has a new illustration by Wakiobake! You'll be able to download it on Canary's webpage via Dropbox and Baidu Drive starting today! We hope you enjoy Canary's new content, and if you choose to use him, we hope he brings you great joy!
Thank you very much for all your support! Until next time! Today marks the 2nd anniversary of JD's original UTAU release! This year, we've created a new keychain in collaboration with faynatical and updated the current line up! It is based on his 1st anniversary outfit, much like how Ser0's is based on her 3rd anniversary. And because it's JD's birthday month, throughout December, you can get his keychains at a discounted price, so take advantage of it while you can! To get your very own and add to your collection, the item link is here! In other news, we regret to announce that the Twitter accounts for Xiao Meihua, Xiao Meiye, Xiao Shancha, and Yu Junjie have officially closed on December 1 this year. It was a difficult decision to make. We've had a lot of fun with the accounts, but as we have more projects to complete and not much time to work on them, it became difficult to manage the side accounts.
Thank you to everyone who supported them after all these years, especially for Meihua's account as it existed before our JAE account and even our website. Remember that she and Ser0 were both released long before it was decided that they and the rest of the cast would be part of a single group. That being said, the both of them carried a good portion of JAE VOCAL PROJECT's history. This concludes today's news. It's rather bittersweet, but we are very thankful for all the support and are always excited to brighten someone else's day! We're not sure if we will have any additional news for the rest of the year, so if not, from the bottom of our hearts, we wish you a wonderful holiday season and a fantastic new year! We hope you all stay safe! It's been a long time since we've last updated the website and a lot went on since then! We've had several new uploads, including full versions of older demos. We'll be showing all of them here, as well as get to the main course of this article: Junjie's birthday! Since the upload of the "Karakuri Pierrot" cover by Mina Moonrise featuring Xiao Meihua, not long after that, we've released the full version of one of the Shancha and Meihua Japanese DeepVocal demos, "Heart Chrome", which was originally written by HachiojiP and q*Left. The cover was by yakou using SeeU&KPOP's VSQx file, with illustrations by Chunnyeol and video editing by Cluemily. This was uploaded in June. In September, the full version of "Blind", which was originally written by JUSF, was uploaded and was one of Meihua's Chinese DeepVocal demos (also featuring the voice of Yi as harmonies). The cover was created by Migi and used Uryan's and Marukun's sequences. It was mixed by Mina Moonrise, illustrated by Jijiilong, and the video was edited by ame。. Finally, on November 13, for Yu Junjie's first anniversary, we released the full version of "Nenchaku-kei Danshi no 15-nen Nechinechi", originally written by Ie no Ura de Manbou ga ShinderuP. The cover was done and mixed by Mina Moonrise using nmasao1's UST. The illustration was done by HJ and video edits were by Preuss. This also used kimchi-tan's oto, so keep in mind that if you download Junjie's voice, it's not the same oto. By default, his oto is by Purpled. But this doesn't end here! In addition to the new PV upload, we've also updated faynatical's acrylic keychain line to include Junjie's Japanese UTAU outfit! This line was the very first set of keychains we've ever produced and released! Now, a matching Junjie could be added to your collection if you wish! To order, the shop link is here. Keep in mind, for the entire month of November, Junjie's keychains are discounted. This also applies to the new faynatical one, so take advantage of it while you can! That's all we have for the latest updates! Hopefully, we'll stay more on track in keeping the site running smoothly with future news. We hope you enjoy this new content! Thank you always for supporting JAE VOCAL PROJECT, its creators, and its line of vocalists! Until next time!
Today is Xiao Meihua's fifth anniversary! This year, we've uploaded a new cover of "Karakuri Pierrot", originally written by 40mP! The cover was handled by Mina Moonrise with illustrations by 02Kase-chan! This uses the VSQx by Mark LawX and the harmony vocals feature our affiliate from The StarRise Project: Seishi Starchaser! The cover is available on YouTube and bilibili! In the PV, you'll also notice cameos of Ser0, Xiao Shancha, JD, kEna, and Yu Junjie! Unfortunately, Canary couldn't make it, but we'll find a way to make it up to him for sure!
In addition, since it's June, all Xiao Meihua and Xiao Meiye keychains are on sale for the month! Please check out our official Ko-Fi shop if you're are interested in obtaining either character! Thank you very much for supporting Meihua after all these years! JAE VOCAL PROJECT has come a long way since then and we hope it shows! A long while ago, Migi provided Miis of the JAE VOCAL PROJECT cast for the 3DS and WiiU. Now, with the new re-release of Miitopia for the Nintendo Switch, Migi provided updated Miis with the new wig and make-up styles available in this version! Like the previous versions, these are his own interpretations of the characters and is not meant to be the official canon. It is entirely optional to use them and everyone is entitled to creating their very own if they would like to! If you are interested in using any of them, use the following code to import them: 8GGJBT. To watch them in action, Migi has began streaming on Twitch and YouTube. All videos are archived on his new YouTube Channel that's dedicated strictly for streaming and non-vocal synthesis use. Check it out here!
Affiliate characters are also present in the game, but will not be accessible. Like JAE VOCAL PROJECT, these are only Migi's interpretations and are not official. There are some who are currently not available in the gameplay but will be in the future. The only affiliate who is distributed is Reicheru Nintone. Her owner actually made the Mii available on Twitter! We hope you like them and enjoy using them yourselves if you'd like! Today marks kEna's first anniversary! This year, Feng Quan and Preuss collaborated together on a cover of Giga and Reol's "Hibikase" using KIRA's UST! Feng Quan handled the cover and mixing while Preuss did the illustrations and video editing. The videos are uploaded to Preuss's YouTube, Feng Quan's bilibili, and Migi's bilibili! As usual, since kEna's anniversary is in May, his Love Confessions keychain is discounted at our shop. We haven't written an updated status about our official store, but we are no longer using Storenvy due to issues with accessing it and checking out based on customers' responses. Instead, we have moved to Ko-Fi, which uses Migi's name. There, fans can still purchase the keychains by faynatical and Nekocopicat among other things that aren't related to UTAU or DeepVocal. This offer is only available this month, so if fans were looking to purchase kEna at a cheaper price, now is a good time to do so.
We hope that you enjoy the video! Thank you very much for supporting kEna and the rest of JAE VOCAL PROJECT! |
